Delivery Management

Allows you to select and set up an order delivery method through which you receive messages for orders placed by shoppers

You can specify recipients and the number of order messages to receive at one time for your order delivery method in the Order delivery form.

For your convenience, order message summaries (which contain a list of order messages sent the previous day) are automatically e-mailed to you daily so you can verify order messages you received against those sent to you.

You may set up recipients of your store's order message summaries in the Order summary form. You will have online access to the Order delivery log form, where you can view a list of order messages, find missing order messages, and resend order messages that were not received.

The default order delivery method is e-mail. Alfox can provide an additional method through which you may receive order message files.

Allows you to administer all orders for your store. This includes processing orders through various stages, and manually editing orders based upon communication with customers, or changes in the status of the order.

You can manage your orders in the following ways:

  • View all orders submitted to your store in any given period.
  • View the details of all orders submitted to your store in any given period
  • Modify the details of the order, such as removing a product or changing the quantity of a product
  • Change the status of an order
  • Add or remove a comment from an order
  • Add tax charges to an order
  • Add shipping charges to an order
  • Apply a discount to an order
  • Change the customer's address for an order
