ALFOX ERP II provdes a complete security infrastructure and supports function, data security as well as auditing.

Users have one or more roles. The Role defines what data and functions are available.

Function security is based on User Roles and controls access to Windows, Reports and Processes.

Data security is based on client and organization. In addition, ALFOX ERP II also allows to secure data tables, data columns and individual data records. You can prevent users to create reports or export certain data.

Passwords on Clients are stored in encrypted form.

Auditing functionality include access logging (what functions/data were used), change logs (what data was changed to what - including delete) as well as archives (documents and reports generated).
