  CREATING REPORTS > Click Trails
 

Click Trails Details report:
The Click Trails report allows you to view traffic and sales activity from referring URLs. A referring URL is the URL from which a shopper enters your store. For example, if a shopper visited site xyz and clicked a hyperlink to your store, www.xyz.com would be the referring URL of that shopper. The Referrals column displays referring URLs for the selected time period. You may use this information to identify the referrals that generate the most traffic and sales for your store. You may click the referring URLs to view a list of tasks performed by various shoppers who accessed your store from the selected referring URL.

You may perform the following actions within this report:

Print or create a graph of the report
  • Click the referrals and criteria column headings to re-sort the report by the next listed URL or by the next listed criteria
  • View report details for the referring URL, revenue, customers, and quantity purchased

    The following are descriptions of the selectable criteria for the Click Trails report:

  • Revenue ( ) The total revenue generated in the currency you selected when you set up your store per referring URL. Click an amount to view specific order or product details.
  • Pages viewed The total pages viewed by shoppers per URL.
  • Customers The total number of unique shoppers who visited your store. A customer is counted once, regardless of the number of visits. Click a number to view specific customer information.
  • Quantity purchased The total products purchased per URL. Click a quantity to view details about purchased products.
  • Avg. revenue per order The average revenue per referring URL.
  • Avg. products per order The average number of products purchased per order.
  • Hits to shopping carts The total number of hits to shopping carts; includes adding products, removing products and updating products in the shopping cart.
