CREATING REPORTS |

For each of the reports, you can create which are graphical representations of the report information.
Reports are available with information about your catalog's categories and products, the regions associated with your shoppers, referring URLs which lead shoppers to your store, products for which your shoppers search, and browsers used by your shoppers.
- Hyperlinks are provided from selected information to more detailed reports which relate to your store's traffic and sales.
- For example, in the Category/product report, you can view revenue generated for a given category or product between time periods. You can also print and view graphical representations of reports.
- Create online reports using the Create reports form. With report information, you can plan sales and special offers, plan your catalog offerings to meet shopper needs, and know where to advertise regionally and by Web site.
- You can also test your store through the browsers used by your shoppers and adjust your catalog to accommodate their most commonly used Web browsers.
- Automated reports include a summary of most of the report information available online and are sent by way of e-mail at quarterly intervals, (specified on the Fiscal Year page), and at the end of each month.
- You may also maintain recipient lists and report formats in the Report settings form. Automated reports are available in both text and comma-delimited file formats; text reports are in an easy-to-read format, comma-delimited data files can be imported into most spreadsheets.
